What to Expect When We Meet

Walking into a session can feel a little vulnerable, especially if you aren't sure what to say. Here is exactly how our time together works:
1. Come As You Are
There is no "spiritual dress code" here. You don't need to have your thoughts organized, a list of questions, or a "positive vibe." If you are tired, frustrated, or just feeling "off," bring that with you. This is a judgment-free zone where your raw truth is the only thing required.
2. Silence is Welcome
Sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is sit in the silence together until the right words find their way out. If you get stuck or don't know where to start, I'm right here with you. We move at your pace, never mine.
3. Deep Listening, Zero Judgment
My role is to be your steady mirror. I am here to listen with a open mind and heart, I hold the space for whatever you need to release. You can vent, cry, or simply "think out loud" without the fear of being misunderstood or "fixed."
4. No Pressure to "Perform"
